Sikkens: the right color

Symptoms

A white salt deposit appears, usually on plywood or brickwork.

Cause

  • Occurs with some plywoods 
  • Excess salts migrate to surface through coating 

Solution

Clean down.  May re-occur.  Apply freshen up coats if necessary.
