DESCRIPTION

Alphatex SF combines deep opacity with a dead matt finish which is water vapour permeable and washable. It is suitable for both domestic and commercial projects subject to low to medium wear and low to medium dirt exposure.

USAGE

Alphatex SF is applicable for, or can be applied to many substrates including plaster and plaster board, air-dried concrete, brickwork and blockwork together with previously coated surfaces. It may be applied straight from the container, or diluted with up to 10% water to aid application. As a mist coat, Alphatex SF may be diluted with up to 35% water.  Alphatex SF may be applied by brush, roller, conventional or airless spray. Dependent on the existing surface, Alphatex SF should be applied over a mist coat or suitable primer (such as Alpha Isoprimer, Alpha Aquafix, Alpha Primer SF). After a minimum drying time of 3 - 4 hours, Alphatex SF can be recoated as required.
