Sikkens: the right color

The beautifully picturesque Louisa Cottages in Tring date back to the 1890s, with the black and white fronted block of almshouses built to accomodate retired workers from the Rothschild Estate.

Owned and managed by the Lousia Cottages harity Trust, the cottages have recently undergone a refurbishment, with Cetol Novatech and Cetol Novatop specified on the structural timbers on the external facade, and the door joinery.

Both products have a high solids content with reduced solvent levels, and when used as a system provide a 5 year maintenance cycle.
